Canyon Pass Apartment Homes consists of 264 apartments at 60% AMI and serves as a source for affordable housing in San Antonio. The community officially opened on October 31, 2022. Canyon Pass will be managed by Pedcor Management Corporation. Canyon Pass offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, each featuring a private patio or balcony. The community clubhouse features a community room, kitchen, fitness center, business center, laundry center, and an outdoor pool.
