Pedcor Living launched on May 26th, 2022. Many teams collaborated to create what people can see now. Rare Bird was contracted to work alongside us to redesign, combine, and improve our property management website. PedcorHomes.com and PedcorManagement.com merged to create Pedcor Living; a single platform housing all 135+ Pedcor apartment communities. Designed with our consumers in mind, PedcorLiving.com features an easy-to-navigate and eye pleasing layout. Other enhancements include an upgraded map and search functionality, data automation for real-time pricing and availability, and a variety of customizable design templates with animation. With this website creation, we are improving our online performance and footprint which ultimately improves Pedcor’s SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
