Eric Bednarz graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Indianapolis in 2025 with a major in Marketing. He joins us from the home services and marketing industry, where he was responsible for implementing marketing systems for growing companies. In his current role, Eric is responsible for digital marketing, advertising, and reputation management.

Daniel Scotto graduated from DePauw University in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in communication and earned his master’s degree in communication from Purdue University in 2025. He joins us from the NCAA and Ambrose Property Group, where he was responsible for marketing and communications. In his current role, Daniel oversees digital media, advertising, and reputation management.

Kyle Rogers graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington in 2023 with a double major in Digital Marketing and Corporate Innovation. He first joined Pedcor as a Digital Media and Reputation Specialist before transitioning into the role of Digital Marketing Manager in July 2024. In his current role, Kyle is responsible for digital media, advertising and reputation management.

Kaitlyn brings a robust background in strategic communications and digital marketing to her current role as the Marketing Communications Specialist at Pedcor Companies. She graduated from Ball State University in 2019 with a Master of Arts in Organizational and Professional Communication Development and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Interpersonal Communication. Throughout her dynamic career, she has developed and executed high-impact communication strategies—from leading internal engagement initiatives to spearheading award-winning marketing campaigns. Her diverse expertise in content creation, global collaboration, and digital campaign management positions her to drive innovative marketing strategies that will elevate Pedcor’s diverse portfolio.

Mr. Norman holds a BS in Marketing from Ball State University in Muncie, IN. Prior to joining Pedcor in 2007, he was a Regional or National Marketing Director for companies including Oxford Management Company, Inc. (Indianapolis), Equity Residential, and AIMCO (both Denver, CO). In those roles, he was instrumental in property analysis and repositioning. He was also a Regional Training Director for the Denver and Phoenix Regions of Fairfield Properties. Upon returning to Indianapolis in 2000, Mr. Norman was the Regional Director of Lease-Up Properties for two regional Affordable housing developers before joining Pedcor.

Mr. Norman is a certified trainer in the Achieve Global/Zenger Miller Supervisory Skills Program. In addition, he has facilitated Leasing and Customer Service programs and is a Fair Housing instructor. Mr. Norman served on the Advisory Board for the Ball State University Residential Property Management program for 15 years. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Actors Theatre of Indiana.
