Ms. Brown graduated from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University with a degree in Accounting in 2009 and obtained her CPA in 2012.

Ms. Brown joined Pedcor in March of 2016, having previously worked as a controller and operations & compliance manager for a wealth management company based in Savannah, GA, as well as a corporate accountant for a healthcare company that constructed and operated behavioral healthcare facilities.

Mr. Gary graduated from Ball State University’s College of Architecture and Planning and Honors College in 2012 and earned a Butler University MBA in 2021. He joined Village Capital Corporation in 2018 after beginning his career in retail + mixed-use real estate development. He is a member of Real Estate Ascending Leaders in Indianapolis and is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana. Anthony serves his local community as a youth sports coach and serves at his home church. He is currently working on new development projects in several states.

Ms. Frantz graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History (Magna Cum Laude and with Honors), and a minor in French from the University of New Hampshire in 2000. She completed her Master of Arts in European History at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003. Ms. Frantz joined Pedcor Bancorp in January 2004 and is presently the Senior Compliance Officer responsible for Pedcor’s bank holding company regulatory compliance. In April 2015, she joined Village Capital Corporation and Pedcor Housing Corporation as a multifamily developer. Ms. Frantz also serves on the Board of Directors of Village Montessori PACT, Inc.
