Mr. Leamnson graduated from Miami University of Ohio in 2016 with a degree in Finance and joined Village Capital Corporation as a financial analyst. Mr. Leamnson assists in determining the feasibility and profitability of real estate projects, securing financing for real estate transactions, and managing internal regulatory limits.

Denise Newport
Ms. Newport joined the Pedcor team in November 2009 as a member of the Accounts Payable staff. In 2013 she transitioned to the Treasury department where she currently is the Treasury Manager. Prior to joining Pedcor she worked 14 years in the customer service and accounting department for Bertelsmann Music Group.

Mr. Schnellenberger joined Pedcor in January of 2015. Prior to joining Pedcor, he worked for nearly six years as Corporate Counsel for August Mack Environmental and as an attorney with the Indiana University Real Estate Department.
Mr. Schnellenberger is a past President of the board of directors of Indiana Youth Services Association.

Ms. Vansickle graduated from Ball State University in 2017 with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Business Information Technology. She joined Village Capital Corporation as a staff accountant. She was a part of Alpha Kappa Psi at Ball State University.

Mr. Bukhwele graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a minor in International Economics from the University of Fort Hare in South Africa. Alison S. Birge
Ms. Birge directs multi-family development for Village Capital Corporation and Pedcor Housing Corporation. She joined Village Capital Corporation in 2015 to grow the company’s multi- family development activities across the country, including Indiana, Minnesota, Colorado, North Carolina and Texas. She joined Pedcor Investments (an affiliate of Village Capital Corporation and Pedcor Housing Corporation) as a developer in 2004. During her tenure with Pedcor Investments, Ms. Birge developed affordable housing communities in Tennessee and Iowa.
Prior to joining the Pedcor Companies, Ms. Birge worked for Toyota, Conseco and Frito-Lay. Ms. Birge earned an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2004. She earned a B.A. from Georgetown University in 1996.
