The Hub on Harris

The HUB on Harris Apartment Homes will be located in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, the business center of the state of North Carolina. The HUB on Harris Apartment Homes is surrounded by local community amenities such as grocery stores, churches, libraries, pharmacies, awarding winning schools, restaurants, and various shopping and retail stores. The 216-unit complex will also be located directly adjacent to one of the many Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) bus stops.

The HUB on Harris is a perfect fit for hard-working individuals and families that are seeking the luxuries of a market-rate community at an affordable price.  Along with a covered picnic area, laundry room, swimming pool and sundeck, playground and tot lot, The HUB on Harris will also offer its tenants and guests the use of a clubhouse with a multi-purpose community and TV room, exercise room, a fully equipped resident computer center, and laundry center. Gwinnett County, one of Atlanta metro’s fast-growing counties, is soon to be home to the beautiful Ivy Ridge Apartments which will offer 256 apartment homes for working individuals and families earning at or below 60% of the area median income. The community is located a half-mile south of the Mall of Georgia and adjacent to The Exchange at Gwinnett – the county’s newest and best live, work, play district.

Ivy Ridge Apartments boasts many amenities including a clubhouse with a community room, a fully equipped business center, and fitness center, and a laundry facility with energy-efficient washer and dryer sets.
