Richard B. McCool, Jr., CPM, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Pedcor Community Development Corporation, Pedcor Homes Corporation and Pedcor Housing Corporation, born April 30, 1959. His background consists of over twenty years of experience in the management, acquisition, disposition, development and construction of a variety of commercial properties, primarily in the multi-family sector. This included supervising all aspects of over 3,500 apartment units in five states, with values exceeding $90,000,000 for both a family owned business and Cornerstone Properties, Inc., a large Midwest management company.
He received his BS degree in Business Administration and a minor in Management from the University of Arizona in 1981. He received his CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation in 1987 and National Compliance Professional Executive in 2001.
