Michelle Kincaid, Compliance Director, began employment with Pedcor Homes Corporation in May, 2006. Her background deals with ensuring that single-family and multi-family projects receiving federal and/or state resources were administered in accordance with the policies established by the funding source. Ms. Kincaid received a BS from Indiana University in Accounting. Currently her portfolio consists of overseeing compliance of rental housing tax credit properties located in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and California.
