Pedcor Homes principle purpose is managing acquisitions of multifamily communities for the benefit of Bancorp, in addition to select multifamily properties developed and/or acquired by Pedcor Investments, a part of the Pedcor Group of Companies. Pedcor develops, constructs and manages affordable market housing throughout the United States. The current Pedcor Homes management portfolio consists of 15 properites with 26 different partnerships, totaling 2,850 units, located in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Tennessee, Arizona, and California.
