Pedcor Homes Corporation was established in October 1997. Pedcor Homes is a wholly owned subsidiary of International City Bank, n.a. (located in Long Beach California), which is a subsidiary of Pedcor Bancorp. Pedcor Bancorp and Pedcor Homes are headquartered in Carmel, IN, a suburb of Indianapolis.
Pedcor Homes principle purpose is managing multifamily communities for the benefit of Bancorp, in addition to select multifamily properties developed and/or acquired by Pedcor Investments, a part of the Pedcor Group of Companies. Pedcor develops, constructs and manages affordable market housing throughout the United States. The current Pedcor Homes management portfolio consists of 16 properites with 25 different partnerships, totaling 4,000 units, located in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Tennessee, Arizona, and California.
