Mrs. Boehman graduated in 2001 from Indiana University-Indianapolis with a BS in Tourism, Convention and Event Management. After graduation, she quickly learned that Real Estate was her passion and was very excited to pursue the industry full time.
Mrs. Boehman worked at Century 21 McMillan-Reffeitt in Brownsburg for four years. She produced exceptional company growth and was an award-winning performer/team member consistently placing in the top 10% as a perennial multi-million dollar producer.
Mrs. Boehman then moved to Kosene and Kosene Development & Management Co. for 2+ years in Sales and Marketing. She was primarily responsible for maintaining the sales and operational integrity of Sophisticated Urban Living.
In Feb. 07’, Mrs. Boehman joined the Pedcor Marketing team as a Sales Consultant.
