Ms. Campbell started with Pedcor in April, 1997 as an Administrative Assistant. As her experience level increased, she advanced to Development Administrative Assistant in April, 1998 and Development Assistant in June, 1999. While working in this capacity, Kitty worked extensively with in-house developers assisting in all aspects of multifamily development, financing and construction related activities. In September, 2001 she was promoted to Assistant Vice President and in January, 2002 she was promoted to Vice President of Development, assuming direct responsibilities in structuring development opportunities for Pedcor from site selection, zoning and construction to lease-up and project stabilization.
