David G. Harstad, Vice President – Development, born September 11, 1972. Mr. Harstad graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Indiana University in 1995 and cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2001. Prior to joining Pedcor, Mr. Harstad was Vice President of Denison Properties, Inc., an Indianapolis based land development firm. While at Denison he worked on industrial, residential and retail developments located in central Indiana. Before that, Mr. Harstad was a real estate lawyer in Minneapolis, MN and Bozeman, MT. Between undergrad and law school he worked as a legislative assistant for a Washington, DC lobbying firm which specializes in representing cities before the federal government, including securing earmarks for housing, infrastructure, and economic development initiatives.
Mr. Harstad is an attorney and holds a State of Indiana Real Estate Brokers License.
