This 1 million square foot mixed-use development includes luxurious residences, premier office suites, fine dining, eclectic retail, public art, sculptures, fountains, plazas, and easy access to the Monon Greenway and the Carmel Regional Performing Arts Center with its 1600-seat concert hall, 500-seat theatre and outdoor amphitheater.
