Every family residing at Coburn Place is offered services to promote independent living, including organized children’s activities, emotional, career and credit counseling, and legal advocacy.

Coburn Place opened in 1997 and is currently managed by Pedcor Management Corporation. The Pedcor Companies organized financing for the development of Coburn Place and constructed the 35 units. All of the units have received Low Income Housing Tax Credits, pursuant to IRC 42, and are rented to individuals who meet certain income requirements.
