Mr. Brown graduated from the University of Southern California in 1987 (BA in Economics) and from the Indiana University School of Law in 1994. He has over ten years experience in Insurance, Banking, and Real Estate and has served in many capacities within these fields. Mr. Brown was employed by Pacific Rim Assurance and various other insurance companies as part of their Worker’s Compensation divisions from 1989 to 1991. After law school, he worked for Krieg DeVault from 1994 to 1997 as an attorney specializing in general transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, stock purchases, conventional bank lending, real estate, banking regulations, and securities law. Mr. Brown also served as an attorney for Eli Lilly and Company, working primarily on intellectual property and licensing and environmental law (1997-2002), and for Georgia Power, working on a variety of transactions, including real estate, outsourcing, and Information Technology contracts. Mr. Brown joined Pedcor in February 2003 as Associate General Counsel and handles both real estate and banking transactions.
